

Motorhome collection and return guidelines
Most of our customers arrive by car and leave their vehicle with us in a locked secure area. It is at your own risk but generally someone is on site twenty four hours. The motorhome will be normally available for collection from 3.00pm – 6.00pm. Other collection arrangements must be made at the time of booking.
We spend as long as it takes to ensure you are familiar with the operation of all equipment during the collection at vehicle handover. We complete the collection paperwork and provide you with the Motorhome Hire Agreement which is your insurance document. This completes the collection handover. If you are working to a collection schedule, please allow about forty five minutes for this.
The motorhome must be returned between 8.00am – 11.00 am on the due date, there are penalties for late return, you are not insured and will be committing a Road Traffic offence.
Please contact us immediately if you have a collection problem. Note that it is not possible to extend the hire after collection. Remember if you want to change your plans tell us before collection.
