Motorhome Water Tanks
The water tanks onboard your motorhome can carry approximately 120 litres of fresh water. The motorhome water tanks are full upon collection and will last between two and four days before refilling. Gauges on board will indicate when the tanks are running low on water, you can fill up at camping sites or garages. A water hose is provided. A grey water waste tank is also on-board and needs to be emptied when you fill up with fresh water. Both motorhome water tanks have a similar capacity.
Motorhome Brown Water Tanks
The toilet has a separate brown water tanks which must be emptied into an appropriate chemical disposal point or WC. A formaldehyde based fluid or “green” fluid must be added to the tanks when it has been emptied. The fluid is a de-odoriser and does not adversely affect sewage system environments. A bottle of fluid is supplied upon collection.
As part of your handover we will show you how to correctly fill and empty these fluid tanks.
